One started as a blocked toilet and turned into a whole section of soil waste pipe that had to be replaced: Gareth called round the same day, came back to investigate, agreed what was needed and returned at 10.30 the next morning as promised for a five-hour job the reviewer called one of the most awkward imaginable. They paid what they called a very fair rate.
